The women's collection has a critical view of the current situation of women in Iranian society. They have to endure the constraints they are women in the Middle East. Also, unlike the Iranian miniatures that depict women as dependent on men, Fatemeh has tried to introduce women as independent and strong. The symbolic idea of a woman's existence has been essential to Fatemeh for painting because of her interest in mysticism. She used symbols such as butterflies have been used to convey mystical ideology and Roman ivy in the sense of connection to the essence of light.
