As an Iranian woman artist practicing in Finland, I bring a unique perspective to the field of Creative Leadership—one that values the deep-rooted traditions of collective storytelling and Eastern aesthetics while mastering the Finnish Tiimiakatemia approach to team coaching.

My mission is to explore how the resilience and intuitive wisdom of Middle Eastern artistry can enrich the structured, ‘learning-by-doing’ frameworks of the West.
